Wonderful location. No parking on premise though and parking is at a near by convention center about 5-6 min walk away. Just wish this fact were made more clear in the listing

Great location, modern and new. Comfy bed. Few areas of opportunity for improvement - glass door to the bathroom is way too big. Takes up too much space in the room next to bed. Living area needs more light and the height of the sink makes it difficult to put on makeup. Consider a make up mirror. Hope this is helpful to make future guests even more comfortable.

Great location, comfortable bedding, and clean Positive: The location is great! The hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. Staff at the "front desk" was friendly. Amenities room was a nice touch, especially since the location isn't staffed 24/7. Negative: It's awkward trying to figure out how to return the parking pass since its about a 2 block walk from the hotel. Free parking is appreciated, but the distance to park isn't ideal. We genuinely didn't know there was a huge festival going on when we booked, but it was extremely expensive for one night. For the cost, I would have expected more in terms of luxury products, maybe a discount for the coffee shop/Japanese restaurant in the same building. I'm not surprised based on pics of the room, but the glass wall bathroom about 2 feet from the bed doesn't lend much to privacy.

Room is lovely -small, but bright and fresh, very comfortable bed. Nice amenities. The hands-off service worked great - convenient access to fresh towels, toiletries, water, ice, etc. Great central location. Convenient parking a short distance from hotel. The only negative - the internet access was terrible - this problem definitely needs to be addressed as we all use our computers for everything!

Overall beautiful hotel. I love the keyless entry. Rooms were very nice. The only thing I missed was having a microwave and bottled water. Otherwise outstanding.
