It was the perfect place to stay -beautiful accommodations, quiet and a great location. The invisible concierge and service could not have been better.

Overall a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, the beds & pillows comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family of 4 in 2 joining rooms. We loved the proximity to all the shops & restaraunts. We only had to get our car out of the garage when heading up the mountain to ski. The only suggestions we have is finding a way to close the gap in the main door. It allows a lot of light in from the hallway. Also, the small glass shower door makes for a cold shower and water splatters out of the shower. A true shower door or larger glass wall would make the shower much more comfortable while showering.

We stayed two nights in the adjoining suites 1&2, two women in each room. Perfect home base for a 48 hour girls’ weekend in Santa Fe! The host was responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. The sleepy time tea for Keurig was a nice surprise. We’d definitely stay again! Thank you.

The location was perfect - very close to everything, with a bar, coffee shop, and sushi restaurant right in the building. The rooms were wonderful - so chic & very large. Our family of 5 could have easily slept in one room (small children) but we got the adjoining suites, so we had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend!

Palace Modern is a beautiful property, centrally and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. The suites are beautifully decorated and has ample seating. There is not a lot of drawers or storage place for luggage . The bedding are luxuriously appointed and very comfortable, although a choice of different thickness of pillows in the room would have been more suitable. We stayed here for four nights . Jennifer, the property manager is very friendly, responsive and is on top of issues. We had trouble with our HVAC the whole time and some mornings, the rooms were either too cold or too hot. I would have liked a bigger water bottle, senseless that the water bottle is only enough for two cups of coffee , that leaves one making many trips to the water filter for extra. Personally, I like my hotel rooms to be cleaned every day and that is not a service they provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Palace Modern. I hope they get their HVAC issues resolved.
